General questions

  1. How long does it take?

    A typical small/medium dog will take 1 to 2 hours. Larger dogs take 2 to 3 hours. Cats take 1 to 3 hours, depending on fur type and size.

    If your pet has not been groomed for a long time, he/she may have developed matts (knots). Dematting (untangling of the knots) will take additional time.


  2. Can I stay with my dog and watch?

    It depends on the situation. We might ask you not to stay with him/her, if we think it is safer for them.
